About the role

As the Head of Project, you will be responsible for managing the PSP project within the Forex market. This leadership role involves overseeing operations, guiding the team, and ensuring the development and management of infrastructure and products that meet the market's unique needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational projects for a PSP, ensuring seamless delivery of client requirements.
• Guide and mentor the team to achieve both operational and strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and optimization of payment infrastructure with a focus on the Forex market.
• Understand and address client requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of all project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the project's lifecycle.
  
  Main Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations for Forex merchants, business development, or product management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the Forex industry.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in team management and delivering high-impact results.
• Ability to navigate complex client needs and provide customized solutions.
